Plunkett Heating & Air

We decided to go with Plunkett's maintenance plan for our three Hvac units. David was our service technician. He was so professional and polite. He took time to explain what he was going to do and why it was important. He even showed me the reading on one of the parts in the unit. I was worried and thought it was going to need replacing. He then informed me the level that it was at was perfect and no parts would be needed. In a time where everyone is trying to up the price of service, I found him honest and reliable. He was a joy to have in and around the house and he cared about doing his job. I hope we have him for every service. Thank you Plunkett. Based on your representative David, I believe your whole team are trained professionals.

I had my entire system (Heating and AC) replaced back in December of 2025. My son- in- law had told me about Plunkett Heating and Air. I know that I am late doing this but I want to give kudos to staff at Plunkett. I was given a great price and everyone was very caring, patient and informative. The installers did a very nice job and cleaned up everything well. Of course, I must include the office staff who were very pleasant to talk to.

I never do these things but I feel like this company deserved one. Called expecting a wait of a couple days before they could fit us into their schedule but they where able to get us fit in the following morning before the heat was so hot our entire upstairs was unbearable! Showed up early for the job.. Tech was very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained what was wrong and what needed to be replaced, work was done very quickly. My wife was ready to pay double or triple the price for our upstairs air to work again but fortunately they are fairly priced and we got it done for a solid price imo. 10/10 would use this company again. Thanks for the great service!

Setting up the appointment was a snap. Technician was very experienced, knowledgeable and addressed my issue quickly and effectively. He also answered all my technical questions as he performed the service. I can't think of anything that could have been done better. I will absolutely use Plunkett again if I have any HVAC issues in the future.

This was a very good experience. The guys were professional and timely. Mr. Henry came by to check on our satisfaction and when they left the only evidence of their presence was new equipment and cool air. This was a job well done and their prices were very reasonable.
